Holiday are meant to be relaxing but they often cause anxiety. Life coach Gladena McMahon shares her tips for minimising stress :
1. Put important travel documents in a travel bag the night before you depart.
2. Leave for the airport a good hour before you think you need to. It's better to have a cup of coffee in place than to arrive too late for your flight.
3. Remember to pack your migraine medication. Changes in routine can trigger a migraine.
